Mountville, Pa. — AHF Products plans to showcase a range of flooring solutions designed to meet the performance and design demands of healthcare environments at the 2026 Healthcare Design Conference + Expo, set to take place Oct. 17 to 20, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
The exhibit (booth #2037) will spotlight Conjunction 4.5 mm LVT, Natural Creations® 3.2 mm LVT and the Kaleido Color Lab program from Armstrong Flooring, along with Cleve from Crossville.
Conjunction 4.5 mm LVT is engineered for demanding applications where indentation, impact and rolling loads are important considerations. It provides four times the resistance to indentation, impact, and rolling loads versus competitive loose lay LVT. Its 4.5 mm profile also helps create smoother transitions between different flooring materials. Natural Creations 3.2 mm LVT includes 51 SKUs spanning wood, stone, concrete, and textile looks. Both collections feature Diamond 10® Technology for resistance to scratches, stains, and scuffs.
A defining feature of Cleve is Crossville’s proprietary FeatherSoft™ finish, an innovative surface technology that elevates both the appearance and sensory experience of porcelain. Exceptionally smooth and silky to the touch, FeatherSoft creates a soft matte aesthetic with subtle reflectivity, and an inviting underfoot feel. The finish is engineered through the manufacturing process rather than applied as a surface coating, integrating tactile comfort directly into the material while maintaining performance. FeatherSoft also meets DCOF recommendations for interior floor applications.
For designers looking beyond fixed product selections, Kaleido Color Lab offers more than 500 remixable combinations of colors, patterns, and formats. The program gives designers the flexibility to create more individualized commercial floors, with custom options available at a minimum order of 2,500 square feet. That is a fraction of the approximately 30,000 square foot minimums typical of LVT films. AHF Products can offer this flexibility because it prints its own films.
Armstrong Flooring LVT is made in AHF’s Lancaster, Pennsylvania plant. Crossville porcelain tile, made in Tennessee, expands AHF’s leadership in premium American made porcelain tile with advanced manufacturing, digital printing technology, and design driven innovation.
Design with a purpose
Beyond the featured products, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the company’s commitment to the healthcare design community. Specifically, AHF Products will use its presence at Healthcare Design Conference to raise awareness and support for Common Thread for the Cure. The organization provides grants to help designers, representatives, manufacturers and their loved ones manage everyday expenses during breast cancer treatment.
As part of the initiative, the AHF booth will feature custom scarves designed by Oxana Dallas, Principal Designer of Commercial Products. (The scarf represents the many individual threads that come together across the healthcare design community, including designers, manufacturers, caregivers and communities. Together, those threads create strength, comfort and hope while reinforcing the importance of supporting one another.) Inspired by the Mirage base pattern in the Armstrong Flooring Kaleido Color Lab collection, the scarf translates the pattern’s layered geometry and expressive color palette into a wearable design, with pops of pink connecting it to Common Thread for the Cure.
