These awards have become the industry benchmark of supplier expertise since they are voted on by you—their customers. The idea is to give retailers a chance to acknowledge those manufacturers that are doing the most to make them successful in their businesses. Today, that’s more important than ever.
Voting is very simple and takes no more than two minutes. Votes should be based on the following criteria: service, professionalism of sales force, management responsiveness, value, style and design, handling of claims and ease of doing business in the respective product categories.
