Chattanooga, Tenn.—T.M. Nuckols, president The Dixie Group Residential, announced two strategic leadership personnel moves, both effective Monday, Feb. 1, 2021. Pami Bhullar will be joining TDG as vice president – business development; and Len Andolino will be joining TDG as vice president – decorative segment.

“Here at TDG, we believe our greatest advantage is our people,” said Nuckols. “As we step into our next 100 years as a company, we are focused on and committed to the specialty retail flooring and designer segments. This commitment is demonstrated with the addition of two highly respected and talented individuals in the flooring industry, Len Andolino and Pami Bhullar.”

Bhullar brings more than 35 years of experience, an exceptional background and expertise in the specialty retail flooring segment. He will support the business in several areas, including development and refinement of its retail selling systems and programs and enhancement of its marketing and promotional strategies. He will work closely with its sales organization to develop and improve its overall product knowledge and selling capabilities. And, Bhullar is tasked with increasing the value the company brings to the industry through retailer and retail sales associate engagement and training.

Len Andolino

Andolino also brings more than 35 years of experience, as well as strong product knowledge and business leadership in the high-end wool and decorative segment of the residential business. He will be responsible for refreshing and upgrading the company’s wool and decorative product portfolio, and he will work closely with its sales organization in driving significant growth in this segment. He will enhance the company’s capabilities and skills to pave the way for sustainable and profitable long-term growth through the high-end retail and designer channels.

TDG celebrated 100 years as a company in December. “We made it 100 years through innovation, responding to changing markets and investing in talent,” Nuckols added. “Our next 100-year journey begins now, and we remain committed to investing in our future through new products, technology and people. The additions of Len and Pami illustrate our commitment to investing in best-in-class talent, which will raise our collective capability as an organization. Len and Pami are well respected and recognized for their contributions to the flooring industry, and they will help us maximize the value we create for our customers.  We are very excited to have them join us as TDG associates.”
