SamdalMiami, Fla—Happy Floors has added Tressa Samdal to its team as the new director of Easy Luxury marketing and product management. Samdal will oversee Happy Floors’ foray into resilient flooring with the introduction of its Easy Luxury brand of luxury vinyl tile.

“Tressa’s dedication and expertise make her integral to the leadership of our company,” said James Nowicki, CEO. “Her extensive knowledge in the field of LVT makes her a valuable part of our goals for the new year and beyond. She is truly a welcome addition.”

It is new territory for Happy Floors, but not for Samdal. She brings with her over 15 years of flooring industry experience in both marketing and product development leadership roles. In her previous positions as director of marketing and product for Florida Tile and senior design development manager at IVC/Mohawk, she was well known for brand building as well as creating and bringing innovative designs to market, the company said.

“I am delighted to be leading this team,” Samdal said. “I have found Happy Floors to be a great assembly of creative and driven individuals and together we will be initiating some exciting and ambitious goals for 2021. I know this will be a milestone year, and it is just the beginning.”
