Georgia Carpet FinishersSalem, N.J.—Mannington Mills acquired Georgia Carpet Finishers, a premier supplier of carpet backing to the residential, hospitality and turf industries as well as high-density polyurethane cushions.

We look forward to leveraging our combined strengths to grow the business.”

According to the company, Hefner will remain president and report to Grizzle. No terms of the transaction were disclosed.
