OneFlorChicago—OneFlor USA, an LVT supplier based in Houston, Texas, will showcase new products here at NeoCon 2022  on the 7th floor, space 7-8046, June 13-15.

According to David Kim, CEO, OneFlor USA, the hottest flooring category—LVT—will get even hotter. “Our one vision is Smart Flooring,” he said. “We are problem solvers for our customers, so that means we come up with radically new ideas that can reduce the risk of flooring failure.”

SetaGrip

OneFlor’s SetaGrip technology is a patented foam padding that is attached directly to the back of a flexible LVT plank or tile. “We call it ‘Nature’s Technology’ because it is based on the way a gecko’s feet work,” Kim said. “It is engineered with millions of microscopic suction cups that grip any smooth, flat, non-porous surface. Once the LVT with SetaGrip goes down, it stays down, even in high-traffic areas or where heavy rolling loads are common.”

According to Tiffany Davis, director of marketing, OneFlor, eliminating the use of adhesives eliminates a list of other things. “You also avoid the added expense, scheduling delays and complications for applying the adhesive, as well as the necessary drying and curing time adhesives require,” Davis said. “And no more lingering chemical odors and mess that adhesives can create.”

Foundations collection

OneFlor USA will launch Foundations with SetaGrip at NeoCon. According to the company, Foundations is a collection of 24 LVT designs in a variety of sizes and colors and made with 100% recyclable virgin vinyl and zero phthalates. All OneFlor USA flooring is waterproof and engineered to its exacting performance and environmental quality specifications by NOX, a leading LVT manufacturer.
