NAFCD and NBMDAChicago—This fall, NAFCD and NBMDA said they plan to host a wide range of subject-matter experts at the 2022 NAFCD and NBMDA Annual Convention. These established speakers will lead sessions on the latest trends in distribution leadership, management, corporate culture, economics, sales/marketing and labor retention/recruitment. According to show organizers, conference attendees will hear from an impressive lineup of authorities and leading-edge thinkers who impact distribution executives today.

These speakers include:

Steve McClatchy

Steve McClatchy returns to NAFCD and NBMDA’s University of Innovative Distribution (UID) one-day training program that precedes its annual convention each year. This workshop, designed for distribution managers, will focus on team leadership and leading change.

Jeff Havens

Jeff Havens is a business growth expert who provides audiences across America with serious solutions in a seriously funny manner. His keynote presentation, “Uncrapify Your Future,” will make the process of coming up with new ideas, exploiting opportunities and surviving massive disruption easier than ever.

Tayo Rockson

Tayo Rockson is a polymath in progress—he said he best identifies as a writer, speaker, consultant, podcaster, professor, co-founder and brand strategist at UYD Management. Throughout his session, Rockson will help distribution executives adopt five systematic ways to build a sustainable diversity and inclusion program.
