Realities III Calhoun, Ga.—Mannington Commercial introduced Realities III, an update to its hard-working Realities II collection, including 48 enhanced wood visuals and colors. The new collection is ideally suited for healthcare and senior living facilities, where hygiene, easy maintenance, cost savings and efficient installation are priorities.

“Realities III offers updated wood visuals, designed specifically to coordinate with select Spacia collection LVT and Amtico LVT colors, making it easier for healthcare, senior living and other commercial designers to create a unified, high-performance space,” said Roby Isaac vice president of commercial design.

Realities III comes in 6-, 9-, and 12-foot-width rolls. These three options greatly reduce seams and provide significant cost savings. A floor with fewer seams is easier to clean and minimizes stress points across the installation. Multiple width options allow for seamless corridors. Seams can also be strategically placed away from patient beds and heavy traffic pathways, which will maximize sheet performance over time. Mannington Commercial’s Design Solutions team can also determine exact roll use, a great planning tool for designers, end-users and installers.

The collection also coordinates with Mannington Commercial’s IdealBase rubber wall base that provides a sanitary solution for healthcare applications by offering a seamless transition from floor to wall. The varied options make Realities III a practical choice for patient rooms, labor and delivery suites, treatment rooms and senior living spaces.

Made in the U.S.A., the new line features Mannington Commercial’s Quantum Guard Elite technology, providing exceptional performance, including ease of cleaning, reduced maintenance costs, easy installation and long-term durability.

Mannington Commercial is committed to helping its customers reduce the negative impact of their projects by improving our operations and offsetting this collection’s embodied carbon by 105% cradle to gate. Realities III is EPD, HPD, Mindful Materials and Floor Score certified. Using Realities III products may also contribute to LEED credits for incorporating EPD products Sourcing Raw Materials and including Low Emitting Materials.
