Dwellings CollectionCalhoun, Ga.—Mannington Commercial launched its new Dwellings Collection, a curated suite of broadloom carpet offerings that provide harmony and comfort to all types of living areas, including multi-family and senior living rooms.

“This new collection features soft and neutral tones that effortlessly blend minimalistic looks with restrained patterning, perfect for evoking warmth,” said Rob Isaac, vice president of commercial design, Mannington Commercial. “The variety of styles, textures and colors offers exceptional design flexibility and easily enables designers to create the spaces they envision.”

The Dwellings Collection is offered in 10 broadloom styles. Adison, Alcove, Creekside and Haven are available in four neutral colorways, while Dream, Frame, Harmony, Sonnet, Twist and Wish come in six neutral colorways. For added design versatility, styles include textured cut pile, level cut loop, loop and textured level loop.

According to the company, the Dwellings Collection is the first commercial flooring product to debut as a result of Mannington Mills’ 2020 acquisition and integration of Phenix Flooring with its robust product line and manufacturing capabilities in Dalton. The collection applies both companies’ innovative technologies to provide a distinctive product offering for the multifamily and senior living markets.

Each product, available in 12-foot broadloom roll format, features either Mannington’s SureSoftSD fiber system, made from the industry’s softest P.E.T. fibers providing exceptional comfort underfoot or SureSoftSDNTM, 100% solution-dyed nylon fiber providing inherent stain and soil resistance. The collection also features EasyBac, Mannington’s unique stretch-in carpet backing and includes other backing options for high moisture areas. All products within the collection are backed by a limited 10-year residential/light commercial Stretch-In warranty.

Mannington Commercial said it is committed to helping reduce the negative impact of interior projects and providing sustainable flooring solutions for commercial environments. The Dwellings Collection is CRI Green Label Plus and Mindful Material certified. The specification and installation of Dwellings products may also contribute to LEED credits for including Low Emitting Materials.
