FCNews unveiled the winners of its fifth annual FCNnovation Awards—a program designed to recognize and showcase some of the most innovative new products and technologies launched in 2025. These awards honor groundbreaking ideas and industry-changing concepts that have impacted flooring across categories and verticals.

Below are the technology winners.

Cyncly – Blueprint AI

Blueprint AI brings automated, AI-driven takeoff technology to specialty retailers and commercial estimators for the first time. Launched in 2025 through Cyncly’s partnership with Togal.AI, Blueprint AI dramatically accelerates the estimating process by automatically detecting rooms, walls, flooring areas, symbols and scale from digital plans. This is the fastest, most accurate way to estimate commercial flooring projects. In under 100 seconds, customers go from an AI-powered takeoff to a detailed room outline.

What sets Blueprint AI apart is its practicality and seamless integration. Embedded directly within Measure Premier, it gives estimators full control to review, adjust and finalize takeoff, combing AI speed with human expertise.

By pairing cutting-edge automation with real-world usability, Blueprint AI aims to transform estimating into a faster, more profitable and more competitive process.

Highlights:
  • Immediate, measurable impact
  • Increase bid volume
  • Respond to opportunities faster
  • Improve accuracy across every proposal
  • Reduce hours of manual tracing to minutes
  • Take on more work and win more business without sacrificing precision

Roomvo/QFloors – QFX

QFloors 10 (QFX) is the first major collaborative technology tool brought to life via the partnership of QFloors and Roomvo—a partnership announced at the start of 2025. QFX brings the full breadth of QFloors and Roomvo tools into a cloud-based environment—a first in the space. Put simply, QFX is next-level business management software.

In describing the move from QFloors’ previous ERP iteration, Pawel Rajszel, CEO of Roomvo, said, “We’ve replaced the engine; we’ve replaced the transmission; we’ve given this a new paint job.”

Built in the Microsoft enterprise-grade Azure environment used by many Fortune 500 companies, QFX’s cloud platform provides flooring dealers with superior security, stability and reliability.

Developers are adding features regularly and quickly, and all future development will be on this platform. “We’re building features to make dealers’ lives easier,” Rajszel said.

Additional benefits:
  • Faster speeds
  • Updated interface, including dark mode
  • More powerful and quicker search capabilities (including “fuzzy search”)
  • Seamless scrolling
  • Intuitive workflows
  • Advanced UI
  • Wider, deeper integration with Roomvo products

Showroom Pricing – SmartScan

SmartScan is billed as a dealer’s new digital selling assistant. When customers scan a sample, SmartScan automatically shows curated related products, creating an effortless path to compare looks and discover options they may have never noticed.

The product was designed around the idea that customers don’t want more choices—they want clarity. SmartScan is designed to fundamentally reshape how customers discover flooring—and how sales teams guide them.

SmartScan is the first tool in the flooring industry built to solve one of the biggest pain points in the showroom: helping customers understand what else they should be looking at. Flooring showrooms, with thousands of SKUs and endless variables, face even more complexity than other retail categories. SmartScan bridges that gap.

Highlights:
  • Pattern recognition for the real world
  • Instant exploration
  • Better sales conversations, backed by data
  • Increased catalog exposure
