St. Paul, Minn.—Artistic Finishes has launched a new guarantee aimed at giving customers more confidence in its shipping timelines.
Under the Artistic Finishes Guarantee, the company will provide free shipping on a customer’s next qualifying order if it misses a confirmed ship date. The next order must be of equal or lesser value.
Artistic Finishes said the guarantee applies regardless of order size or quantity. The confirmed ship date appears on the customer’s order confirmation and reflects the company’s standard lead times.
Guarantee backs shipping commitments
The company introduced the program as part of its effort to make ordering more dependable and give customers greater confidence in project timelines.
“If your order does not ship by the confirmed ship date shown on your order confirmation, based on our standard lead times, you’ll receive free shipping on your next qualifying order of equal or lesser value,” the company stated.
The guarantee covers qualifying orders for Artistic Finishes’ solid wood floor moldings, stair solutions, vents and accessories.
Note: Orders that require customer-supplied flooring or new flooring samples will receive a revised estimated ship date after Artistic Finishes receives the required materials.
