Stafford, Texas – Redi Carpet, the nation’s largest exclusive multi-family flooring contractor has acquired One Source Services, a multi-family flooring contractor located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The acquisition of One Source makes another strong contribution to Redi Carpet’s overall growth strategy. “This acquisition represents a tremendous opportunity for One Source and Redi Carpet. We continue to grow our company so that we are properly positioned to support all of our customers nationally,” states Redi Carpet CEO Greg Waleke. “One Source has a great reputation in the industry and a strong customer base. Like Redi Carpet, they have built a culture around taking care of customers.”

“It’s truly a perfect fit,” states Rick Spohn, an owner of One Source. “One Source’s great reputation and its strong relationships with its customers will complement Redi Carpet’s clientele and wide geographic coverage. Our location in Salt Lake City fills a need for Property Management Companies with locations in Colorado and Arizona.” Dan Davis, the other owner of One Source adds, “Our people are very excited about this opportunity and the potential for the future.”

“The main benefit is going to be for our customers. The combined businesses help us with greater geographic coverage in the West, further enhancing our capabilities. This enables us to deliver better service to our customers. It’s an exciting time and another chance to strengthen our reputation as the top multi-family flooring contractor in the country. We intend to make the most of this opportunity,” states Jerry Hosko, president of Redi Carpet.

Both Spohn and Davis, as well as other integral employees of One Source, will now join the Redi Carpet family, and continue to work throughout the Intermountain West Region, Spohn as general manager, and Davis as account manager.
