Wadesboro, N.C.–CMH Space Flooring Products has acquired Ellis Flooring Sales Co. Hoy Lanning, CEO, CMH Space, said the two companies will complement each other. Ellis has a strong background in commercial flooring and floor covering supplies with five branches throughout the Carolinas and CMH Space has a strong residential and commercial business.

Ellis Flooring will continue to operate as an independent entity and Breck Berkey will remain as president. 
“This is an opportunity for us to strengthen our operations and logistics,” Berkey said. “Ellis will definitely benefit from this affiliation with CMH Space … Our combined staffs have decades of experience that will benefit established customers, new customers and current and new vendors.”
