STAFFORD, TEXAS—Redi Carpet has acquired Solar Contract Carpet of Carolina, a multi-family flooring contractor located in Charlotte, N.C.

The acquisition of Solar Contract Carpet of Carolina further enhances Redi Carpet’s acquisition last year of Seagull Floors who had a location in Charlotte. “This acquisition will help strengthen our Charlotte location. It takes a major step towards helping us become the premier multi-family flooring contractor in that market.” said Redi Carpet CEO Greg Waleke. “Solar Contract Carpet of Carolina has a great reputation and a strong customer base. The combined entity will be operating in the Charlotte metropolitan area under the name Redi Carpet.
