Johnson City, Tenn. – Mullican Flooring has entered the voting phase of its WE OUR MULLICAN FLOOR! photo contest now under way on Facebook. The deadline for casting a vote is Feb. 29, 2012.

Consumers, flooring installers, builders or anyone with access to an installed Mullican floor were invited to submit photos of the installation during a four-month period that ended Jan. 31, 2012.

Online visitors are now being asked to go to Mullican’s Facebook page and select the best photo. Just click on the “Entries” button to view all submissions and cast a vote. The photo receiving the most votes will be awarded a grand prize of $5,000. The photo getting the second highest number of votes will receive a first-place prize of $1,000.

Voters must be legal U.S. residents and may vote for only one photograph per day during the voting phase. In the event of a tie, Mullican will select a potential winner from the tied entries based on the quality of the photograph submitted and the quality of the installation.

The two winners will be expected to provide either a copy of the flooring’s purchase receipt or an end tag from the Mullican box containing the flooring in order to collect their cash awards. Winners’ names will be posted on Mullican’s Facebook page after March 15, 2012, following winner verifications.
