Hamont, Belgium—i4F has named Julie Pageot to the role of commercial director for Europe. Pageot reports to Matthieu Dekens, CCO North America and Europe, and is based at i4F’s global HQ here.

In her new role, Pageot will be responsible for growing i4F’s overall market share in Europe looking after licensee relations as well as building new demand creation for i4F technologies with European distribution. Pageot will ensure European manufacturer and retailer interests are fully represented and met.

Holding an MBA from the University of Strasbourg, Pageot has more than twenty years of experience in the building/home improvement industry and joins i4F from the Kingfisher Group. During her seven-year stint at Kingfisher, she most recently held the position of group head, flooring solutions. In this role, she delivered tailored portfolios of innovations designed specifically for each Kingfisher business unit (B&Q, ScrewFix, Castorama and Brico Depôt). Pageot worked in close cooperation with local teams to build Kingfisher’s leadership positions in flooring solutions and home decoration. From 2013 until 2016, Pageot worked at Castorama in Poland as category director and, previous to that, spent 10 years at Leroy Merlin as product and segment leader. She has also held positions at Habitat and Conforama.
