Lanchon Turnhout, Belgium—i4F has appointed Thibault Lanchon chief commercial officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He also joins the company’s global management team.

In his new role, Lanchon will lead commercial and sales activities across the EMEA region. He brings 15 years of international leadership experience across Europe, the U.S. and Asia. His background includes commercial development, operations, sourcing, logistics and supply chain management.

Most recently, Lanchon worked at USFloors International, part of Shaw Industries. While there, he oversaw global sourcing, logistics and technical operations supporting COREtec. Lanchon also held senior roles at Haworth and other multinational organizations. His experience includes sourcing strategy, supplier management, quality and global operations.

He has built strong relationships in the flooring world and brings a truly international perspective from his years working across Europe, the U.S. and Asia. Lanchon, a French national, has lived and worked in China and Europe. He holds a master’s degree from ESC Rennes School of Business and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
