IssacDallas—Surface Edge Contract Flooring has named Isaac McCoy director of business development.

McCoy, who brings experience in multifamily flooring along with established industry relationships, will help grow the company’s multifamily, senior-living and student housing business in Texas. He will also support Surface Edge’s continued regional and national expansion.

Surface Edge serves multifamily, student housing, senior living and hospitality projects. The company focuses on pricing, product performance and project management support.
