Wildwood, Fla.—Great Lakes Carpet & Tile has promoted Tom Urban from general manager to chief operating officer. In his expanded role as COO, Urban will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and sales organization while working closely with the leadership team to drive operational performance, profitable growth and continued development of the company’s management structure.
