Los Angeles, Calif.—Emser Tile announced a strategic leadership transition that reflects the company’s continued expansion and long-term growth plans. Effective Jan. 1, Jim Parello was promoted to president and Carl Delia assumed the role of chief executive officer.

“Jim’s leadership, instincts and strategic mindset have made a significant impact on our business since he joined the team,” said Carl Delia, CEO of Emser Tile. “His promotion to president ensures strong, growth-oriented leadership as we continue to build momentum.”

Parello joined Emser in 2024 as executive vice president of sales. He has played a key role in advancing the company’s business and strengthening customer engagement. As president, Parello will lead the sales and marketing teams. He will focus on innovation, growth initiatives and customer engagement.

“This is an exciting moment for our company and this leadership structure ensures we are thinking big while executing with operational excellence,” said Jim Parello, president of Emser Tile. “I look forward to continuing to work alongside Carl and the entire Emser team as we build on a strong foundation.”

Delia began his career with Emser in 1987 and served as company president since 2016. As CEO, he will focus on long-term objectives that include innovation, efficiency and strategic investment. He will continue to oversee finance, human resources, sourcing and IT and will work closely with Parello to strengthen Emser’s position within the industry.
