Dalton – Tuftex Carpets of California announces the launch of the company’s fun and interactive FloorView application. The user-friendly app enables users to choose from different carpet styles and integrate them into a digital room setting on their iPhones or iPads. The new room scene photo can be saved to a phone’s library or sent via email to share the space visual with friends or family.

“Today’s consumer is highly educated and has a variety of tools right at their fingertips to help make the right purchasing decisions,” said Bob Burton, divisional vice president for Tuftex. “With this fun new app, the consumer can pick from a selection of many carpet styles and colors by virtually placing their selection into one of our room setting options to help them decide if it’s the look their envisioning. This is just another way we’re making the shopping process interactive and inspiring.”

With the Tuftex FloorView app, customers can choose a carpet product photo in several different formats, including a photograph that was taken from an iPhone or a carpet sample. They then choose from a variety of different room settings in the store preview app.

Tuftex FloorView is easy to use:

1.  Select a room setting.

2.  Select or photograph a flooring sample.

3.  Save the photo to the library or send it.
