Santa Fe Springs, Calif.— Reward Flooring has launched its newest collection of prefinished engineered hardwood, featuring prime grade European oak.

Made in Europe with uncompromising quality, Reward Flooring said the Europa collection offers classic Scandinavian styling, featuring consistently long planks that are virtually free of knots, for an elegant, uniform look. Subtle, light colors aim to bring a modern, vibrant look to any space.

Offered in planks that are 9/16 x 5-1/2-wide and 7-foot-long, Europa features a 3.5mm sawn top layer finished with a highly UV-resistant, German-made urethane for maximum durability and ease of maintenance.

“This collection meets three different needs that we see emerging in the market: a cleaner, less busy visual, a return to a more classic width and a desire for a quality European-made product,” said Danny Harrington, vice president of marketing & product development, Reward Flooring. “Europa also addresses a problem that many consumers have experienced with white and gray colored Oak floors—they tend to yellow considerably with age. The UV resistance of Europa’s finish is second to none.”
