Natick, Mass.—Dover Rug & Home will host the first New England book signing for renowned interior designer James Swan, author of 101 Things I Hate About Your House, on Wednesday, June 22rd from 6:30PM to 8:30PM. Swan will give a short presentation followed by the signing. Attendees who purchase a copy of the book will also receive a Dover Rug & Home Preferred Customer Card, which offers additional discounts throughout the year with no blackout dates.

101 Things I Hate About Your House is a how-to guide for homeowners on creating beautiful and fully maximized living spaces regardless of size and budget. Swan offers readers the basic principles on how to transform their houses from designer nightmares to gracious living spaces. Written with a tongue-in-cheek approach, 101 Things I Hate About Your House makes readers laugh, learn and most importantly, come to love their home by fully utilizing and appreciating the space they have.

Having built an eighteen-year career as one of the most influential interior designers in the United States, James Swan, owner of James Swan & Co. of Beverly Hills, is also a featured design partner with Ballard Designs. Contributing to this book is award-winning journalist Carol Beggy, a former writer and editor for the Boston Globe, and award-winning illustrator Stanley A. Meyer.
