Cowart brings more than 20 years of experience at Shaw. She has held leadership roles across customer experience, operations, supply chain and both commercial and residential businesses. She is known for aligning teams around shared priorities, simplifying complexity and building strong partnerships.

“Annie brings deep Shaw experience, a strong customer-first mindset and a proven ability to turn strategy into action,” said Benjamin Liebert, president of Shaw Residential. “Under her leadership, Shaw Flooring Network will operate as a unified, integrated team. Dedicated leaders will support member loyalty, customer programs and showroom design.”

Liebert said the appointment provides continuity as SFN builds momentum in 2026. The network plans program enhancements, new merchandising initiatives and upcoming events designed to support growth and collaboration.

Cowart will partner closely with Ryan Powell, vice president of retail. Together they will co-develop the SFN strategy and bring programs and initiatives to life through an integrated retail sales strategy.

“We are building on a strong foundation and entering this next chapter with momentum,” Cowart said. “My focus is on listening to our members, strengthening alignment across teams and ensuring SFN continues to deliver value.”
