GHENT, N.Y.—Margo Locust is the new publisher at Fabulous Floors Magazine. Founded in 2003 by flooring industry innovator and vanguard Sonna Calandrino, the quarterly magazine is the first consumer publication devoted solely to flooring styles as a key design element in home décor.

Following the passing of Sonna Calandrino in May of 2010, Locust purchased Fabulous Floors with a partner. In September 2011, Locust assumed full ownership of the publication as it enters its ninth year.

“I worked side by-side with Sonna for over twenty-five years. It means the world to me that I am in the position to take Fabulous Floors on the path that Sonna and I envisioned so many years ago,” said Locust.

Fabulous Floors will maintain its presence in Georgia and production will continue in  New York.
