HomeNewsShaw launches Epic summer promotion

Dalton—Shaw instated its Epic Service Commitment promotion that guarantees all Epic hardwood products are in stock to ship out of Dalton within 72 hours of order placement, or the mill will credit $100 to the retailer. The commitment is scheduled to run through July 5.

The hardwood segment has experienced lower sales for an anticipated third year in a row and this promotion is expected to help turn that around. The collection’s success has led to increased capacity and added personnel to service demands.

“Epic hardwood is a clear winner in terms of quality, service and end-user satisfaction,” said Scott Sandlin, vice president of hard surface business development. “We have been overwhelmed by the response to this exceptional product and our Epic Service Commitment demonstrates that we’re ready to prove we can deliver.” Combined with Shaw’s financial and service dependability, Sandlin believes the Epic line will ensure retailer success in the hardwood segment.
