Fountain Inn, S.C.—Anderson Hard-wood for the second straight year will hold its Fall for America sale. The sale, noted Mollie Surratt, director of marketing, was received positively by U.S. consumers, who responded to the mill’s genuine messaging and American-made quality production process.

The Anderson Fall for America promotion celebrates the fact that virtually all Anderson Hardwoods are made in the U.S.A., she said. It features a consumer coupon offer and aggressive retail sales associate spiffs.

“We found in 2011 that our Fall for America sale not only provided a game-changing coupon that helped close sales, but also offered our customers a chance to learn more about our American-made story,” Surratt explained. “Today’s consumer is becoming increasingly interested in truly understanding where materials are sourced, how American jobs are supported and ultimately ensuring that an environmentally and socially responsible production process is used. Our fall sale has become one of the most important opportunities we have to share our quality processes with our consumers.”

The fall promotion, starting Sept. 1, will include interactive publicity on the company’s Facebook and Pinterest pages. Anderson will offer consumers an up-to-$300-off coupon, which will be made available both on andersonfloors.com and through a mobile QR tag on in-store signage.

The consumer purchase rewards include the following: 250 or more square feet earns a $100 coupon, 500 or more square feet earns a $200 coupon, and 1,000 or more square feet earns a $300 coupon.

Promotional products excluded are the Lincoln 3- and 5-inch, Rushmore, Monroe and Bryson collections.

A fall-themed POP kit touting the Made In America story and featuring a QR code linking to the online coupon offer will be showcased in retail stores, and unique local advertising material as well as training tools are available on andersonconnect.com for distributors and retailers.

Additionally, the Anderson Rewards program will continue to be an incentive for retail sales reps, offering $1 for every Anderson reward point earned via Anderson distributors.

Promotional training components, information and local advertising materials will be made available on andersonconnect.com as well.

Consumers can learn more about the promotion and download a coupon on andersonfloors.com/fallforamerica beginning Sept. 1. The promotion ends Nov. 30.
