Farmingdale, N.Y. — Adore Floors, the world’s leading manufacturer of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT),  appointed Barry Ferman as director of commercial flooring.  In this role, Ferman will work closely with commercial designers and architects to provide advice, guidance and specification for flooring needs.

“[Ferman] brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry to Adore,” stated Kent Choi, CEO, Adore Floors.  “This is invaluable.  He has an ‘in-the-trenches’ appreciation of what specifiers need.  This not only helps communicate the advantages of our Decoria and Adore product lines to the marketplace but also helps keep us abreast of trends.  [Ferman’s] hiring is further evidence of Adore’s commitment to continuing innovation.”

Ferman, who has worked extensively in the healthcare, education and retail marketplaces, is especially enthusiastic about Adore Floors’ NanoSilver technology.

“Natural antimicrobial technology is a big advantage for commercial spaces concerned with healthy, germ-free environments,” Ferman stated.  “The fact that Adore is the manufacturing pioneer of NanoSilver and other innovations demonstrates commitment to the marketplace. I am excited to join the Adore Floors team and to take the company and its product lines to the next level.”
