Fort Lee, N.J.– Couristan, a leading manufacturer of fine, quality area rugs, residential broadloom and custom contract carpeting, announced this week the appointment of Len Andolino as its incoming vice president of broadloom sales.

Andolino, who was formerly employed with Robertex/Carousel, will be spearheading the management of all residential broadloom sales and business development operations across North America.  As an industry veteran with 28 years of experience catering to middle and high-end markets, Andolino will lead and execute Couristan’s strategic sales initiatives in pursuit of growing the business within the company’s current distribution channels and the exploration of new business channels.

George Couri, who serves as chairman of Couristan, noted, “Couristan has committed major resources in terms of product development and merchandising for our residential broadloom division and we believe that Len’s experience within the industry will help guide our expansion and development within this category of our business.  We feel that Len will utilize these resources to further establish our already well-known brand recognition within the industry.”

“I am truly excited about working with the team assembled at Couristan,” expressed Andolino.  “The energy level, product line and a focused approach to the residential broadloom business, coupled with a brand that has a legacy of over 87 years in the floorcovering industry, is an honor to be working with.”
