Spartanburg, S.C. — Milliken & Company announced that Jim McCallum has been named floor covering division president. The industry veteran will join Milliken effective immediately and will be located at Milliken’s corporate headquarters and design center in Spartanburg. He will report directly to Joe Salley, Milliken president and CEO, to continue to move Milliken forward in providing industry leading products.

“Jim’s experience in the global floor covering industry is unparalleled,” Salley said. “His deep knowledge and proven track record of developing products combined with his passion for world-class customer service will make him an excellent leader for our floor covering division. Milliken is committed to providing superior floor covering products for the architecture and design industry, and Jim’s expertise will bring a new perspective that will continue to carry the division forward.”

McCallum joins Milliken with more than 30 years’ experience in the textile and carpet industry, including senior leadership positions at Interface, Mohawk and Lees Carpets.
