Birmingham, Ala.—Resource and Financial Management Systems (RFMS) recently held its biannual Owners Conference and Education Event at the Ross Bridge Spa and Resort here. The theme of this year’s conference was “Technology, Your Business and RFMS,” with a focus on increasing profits using technology and software. Attendees were able to choose from 36 workshops featuring topics including management strategies, industry benchmarking, inventory management, mobile software applications and more.

“What’s hot right now is what everyone is carrying around in their pocket—it’s all going mobile,” said Dave Dumoulin, sales director at RFMS. “It’s how we can create a sales transaction on a mobile device in a house, on a job site or the showroom floor.”
