Shanghai, China—Domotex asia/ChinaFloor, the annual hub for Asia-Pacific and global flooring professionals, is in its final preparations for the 20th anniversary edition. To help celebrate this momentous occasion, select industry delegations have been assembled to bring the best and brightest to Shanghai.

Carpet delegation. Co-organized by Cover magazine, this crew of 30 international flooring buyers will tour Carpet Halls W1-W5 to learn more about the market and how to utilize their purchasing power. “When coming to a show as comprehensive as Domotex asia/ChinaFloor, it is essential that the buyer has some insider knowledge of the material on display,” explained Lucy Upward, editor of Cover magazine. “It takes time to find what you need, so with the tour we hope to fast track that process.”

Australia delegation. The Australian Timber Flooring Association (ATFA) and Domotex asia/ChinaFloor have also developed a very fruitful business relationship over the years. Twenty-two high-profile representatives from wood flooring companies from Australia and New Zealand will meet specifically with Chinese manufacturers to create further business collaboration in both countries.

Nanxun business delegation. The district of Nanxun, China is the largest wood flooring production and sales base in the country. The delegation follows a three-day business match-making excursion to personally experience the investment potential of the region and its timber manufacturing companies/facilities. The government of Nanxun welcomes international buyers from Asia, Europe, Oceania and North America who will be expanding their operations in the Chinese market and working with new partners from the region to support their global business endeavors.

WPC decking—hosted buyers program. As part of the many new onsite programs, conferences and activities celebrating the show’s 20th anniversary, this one-day match-making event pairs international buyers with China’s top WPC decking companies. Fifty exhibiting companies are expected to attend.
