Edge SummitMohawk CEO Jeff Lorberbaum will make his final official industry appearance at Edge Summit 2027 as he prepares to retire.

Lorberbaum is retiring after 50 years in the flooring industry and 25 years leading Mohawk. To that end, the company is inviting its retail partners to join him at the event and mark the end of his tenure as CEO.

Lorberbaum began his career in his family business five decades ago. Mohawk said that experience helped shape a leadership philosophy centered on results, relationships and business growth.

The company also pointed to Lorberbaum’s relationships with flooring retailers as a key part of his career. Mohawk said listening to retailers and understanding their businesses helped strengthen those partnerships over the years.

Edge Summit 2027 will give Mohawk retail partners an opportunity to recognize Lorberbaum’s career and his impact on the flooring industry.
