Livonia, Mich.–Virginia Tile Company LLC, a Midwestern-based wholesale distributor of ceramic tile and natural stone products with headquarters in Livonia, Mich., announced that it has purchased Interstate Flooring LLC, which conducts business under the brand name of ISC Surfaces (ISC).

Virginia Tile, founded in 1928, is a leading distributor of ceramic, porcelain, stone and glass tile for residential and commercial contractors, dealers and other trade professionals in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. ISC Surfaces is a wholesale distributor of ceramic and porcelain tile, floor covering and woodworking products in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Illinois. ISC has seven locations with dual headquarters and showrooms in St. Louis and Kansas City, serving these markets since the 1940s.

Interstate Flooring will continue to go to market as ISC Surfaces and all ISC Surfaces customers will continue to be serviced by the ISC Surfaces’ sales and customer service teams.
