Crossville, Tenn.—Crossville, Inc. has launched Virtually Crossville, an online experience offering on-demand content created and curated to help fill the void left by this year’s canceled industry trade shows.

“By the time shows were canceled, our trade show team was all packed up and ready to ship many parts of our spring booths,” explained Lindsey Waldrep, VP of marketing for Crossville. “Msg2Mkt—our public relationship firm—saw a great opportunity in photographing the components and bringing a branded event experience to customers online.”

From there, Waldrep said the idea of Virtually Crossville grew to include other elements to replicate the valuable content and engagement that in-person conferences and expos nurture.

“We rounded out Virtually Crossville with lots of trends information and inspiration, as well as exclusive educational sessions targeted for distributors, retailers and designers,” she said. “We even include items that participants can download and a giveaway opportunity for those who want to submit unique pattern designs.”

The Virtually Crossville experience is comprised of four distinct modules:

  • Virtual booth tours
  • Trends insights
  • Education sessions
  • Show & Share opportunities

“Crossville always puts our customers first,” Waldrep said. “That’s why, in these unprecedented times of social distancing, we’re creating modes of staying in touch and engaging with those who want ideas and need our products. Whether in-person or virtual, we are in this together.”
