HomeNewsEcoSurfaces offers education program

LANCASTER, PA.—EcoSurfaces Commercial Flooring is now offering the “Next Generation” recycled rubber flooring continuing education unit (CEU) through McGraw-Hill Construction’s Continuing Education Center. Designed to teach how new technology has advanced recycled rubber flooring in sustainability and performance, the course also details how to get the most sustainable, highest performing flooring option.

“Our new CEU course is a great tool for the sales force to help educate designers and architects on recycled rubber flooring while qualifying for the sustainable design (SD) credit through AIA,” said Andrew Dodge, managing director of EcoSurfaces.

The course highlights recycled rubber flooring’s sustainable aspects, EcoSurfaces’ new proprietary Ecoguard maintenance coating, Ecorx’ ergonomic breakthroughs, technical Q&As and many case studies with great installation photos.

Other topics discussed in the CEU are the potential to earn up to nine LEED credits by using EcoSurfaces Commercial Flooring and EcoSurfaces’ FloorScore certified products. The course may be taken at ecosurfaces.com/ceu.php.
