Thai manufacturer Sonite Innovative Surfaces was awarded the Best on Trend product at Surfaces 2011. The company  manufacturers mosaics, tiles and solid surfaces and showed for the first time at the industry’s biggest trade show from Jan. 24 to 27 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The winning product was La Concha Pava concave synthetic tile in a layered, multi-dimensional construction.

“We came to the U.S. market in mid 2010, so its great to get an award right away,” Kevin Giz said, who accepted the award. “We stand out with a unique product to show what we can do and what we have.” He said Sonite won an award at Coverings 2010, for its Concha tile.
