Dalton—Halex Corporation announced the acquisition of the Orcon Corporation flooring installation business, including the Orcon lines of seam tapes, tools and adhesives.

The goal will be to continue to create consistent value improvement for all combined customers.

Shipments of Orcon products will be combined with Halex brands..
Halex will market the Orcon Products from its two main manufacturing and distribution centers in Pomona, Calif., and Dalton.
