Mohawk Industries is the largest manufacturer in the flooring industry, with a bevy of leading products to fill any retail showroom. Still, many of its customers maintain that it is not the sheer size of the company that is so impressive, but the fact that every customer—every claim—matters to Mohawk personnel, from the junior rep to the president of the company. FCNews spoke to nearly a dozen Mohawk customers—many of whom go back decades—about what makes the flooring manufacturer such an outstanding partner.
