Bethany, Conn.—Laticrete has recognized several employees for exceptional performance, dedication to company values and contributions to their communities. The recipients were chosen throughpeer nominations and excellence in achievement.

Every year, Laticrete hosts a North American Team Meeting (NATM) to celebrate Laticrete employees by reflecting back on the successes of the past year and gear up for the new year ahead. The 2019 NATM was held at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort in Orlando, Fla., Dec. 3-6. “Playing to Win” was the focus of the meeting as Ed Metcalf, COO and president, welcomed attendees with a message about a successful 2019, a bright outlook on 2020 and the power of exceptional dedication and teamwork.

“Each of these colleagues represents the best of Laticrete,” Metcalf said. “We are lucky to have them on our team and celebrate their success.”
