Almeria, Spain—Silestone, a natural stone brand of Cosentino, launched its newest collection, Sunlit Days. Following the recent rebranding of Silestone, Sunlit Days represents the brand’s evolution through its inspiration of the Mediterranean coast, according to the company.
Sunlit Days represents a new era in Silestone’s sustainability efforts as it is its first-ever carbon-neutral collection, the company said. The collection features five hues—Faro White, Cincel Grey, Arcilla Red, Cala Blue, and Posidonia Green—which were created with the new, exclusive HybriQ+ technology by Silestone. According to Silestone, its manufacturing process uses 99% reused water, 100% renewable electric energy, a blend of minerals and quartz and a minimum of 20% recycled raw materials in its composition, while significantly reducing the presence of crystalline silica.
Following are the five new shades of the Sunlit Days collection.
Inspired by lighthouses, Faro White is characterized by its silky, smooth texture and symbolizes purity, simplicity and serenity.
Cincel Grey is a fine-grained, silky grey that balances warm and cool colors and a soft texture.
Arcilla Red is inspired by the earthy red hue of the Mediterranean landscape.
Designed to evoke the sea, Cala Blue has a gentle texture.
Posidonia Green honors the underwater blossoming plant along the channels of the Mediterranean.
