Shaw’s residential marketing structure changes

HomeNewsShaw's residential marketing structure changes

Dalton—Shaw announced today the company has appointed Steve Sieracki to vice president of residential marketing and product management and Kathy Young to director of residential marketing. The move was designed to create stronger connectivity and leverage between the company’s residential marketing group, product management teams and product categories.  Formerly, Sieracki served as the vice president of product category management and Young served as creative services director.

According to Shaw’s executive vice president of sales and marketing, John Godwin, a more coordinated approach between product and marketing will have significant benefits for Shaw and the relationship with the company’s retailers.  “Shaw is committed to growing and strengthening our marketing presence both nationally and on the local level. The new structure will ensure that the product and marketing organizations are aligned for success so that we can more effectively and efficiently deliver competitive programs downstream and service our customers,” he explained.

Both Sieracki and Young have served Shaw in different capacities within sales, product and marketing for over 20 years.
