Madison, Wis.—Jaeckle Distributors, a leading Midwestern distributor of flooring and surfacing products, has acquired Premier Tile Corp., a ceramic and porcelain tile distributor with locations in Kansas City, Omaha and St. Louis.

Premier Tile has an established presence in its three locations and in Iowa—areas that have long been desired markets for Jaeckle Distributors. Its St. Louis location offers an excellent opportunity to provide products and services complementary to existing Jaeckle operations in the area. In addition to providing access to new geographies in the Midwest, this acquisition will also provide opportunities for growth in the category of ceramic and porcelain tile.

“An acquisition must expand our opportunities and make us stronger,” said Jeff Jaeckle, president of Jaeckle Distributors. “This acquisition does. The dedicated employees of Premier along with this company’s product portfolio successfully align with our core business and values.”

The acquisition of Premier Tile will enable Jaeckle Distributors to expand in terms of both product offering and geographical presence, furthering Jaeckle’s ongoing effort to provide exceptional value to its Midwestern customer base.
