HomeNewsCCA Global Partners announces 2019 charity golf tournament date

Manchester, N.H.—CCA Global Partners’ 17th Annual Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament will be held on Sept. 18 at the Barnsley Gardens Resort. Registration for the 2019 tournament will open in June.

While the weather did not cooperate for last year’s event, the 16th Annual Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament still made a significant contribution to the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF). The $150,000 raised will support the foundation in its efforts to financially assist those who are or have been affiliated with the floor covering industry and have experienced a life-altering hardship, such as a catastrophic illness or a severe disability.

“While we certainly missed the friendly competition and comradery of the tournament, it’s rewarding to see all the good we can do when we come together,” said Howard Brodsky, founder and co-CEO of CCA Global Partners. “The industry partners who support this event year after year should be congratulated for their efforts.”

FCIF’s unique cause draws in not only manufacturers, distributors, retailers, industry trade associations and individuals from the flooring industry, but supporters from related industries as well. Their contributions to the FCIF are made through sponsorships and donations at the event. While the event was unfortunately canceled due to inclement weather, the funds raised will still be donated to the FCIF.

“We’re already looking forward to next year’s event,” said Rick Bennet, co-CEO of CCA Global Partners. “We hope that the weather will be beautiful and that we can continue to support this organization with the generosity that we have in the past.”
