Paramount Global Surfaces, the parent company of Happy Floors and Ceramic Technics, has expanded its management team with three key positions: vice president of operations; senior director of product; and director of LVT.

Happy Floors
John Herrera

John Herrera was appointed vice president of operations with responsibility for leading a shared-service group supporting the divisional businesses within warehouse operations and distribution, supply-chain management, safety and indirect sourcing. Herrera has over 35 years of executive leadership experience in global supply chain logistics and operations to include FedEx, Garda World and most recently Mr. Greens Produce where he served as director of safety. “With current strains on supply, John has just the expertise and connections we need to continue to service our customers at the level they have come to expect from Ceramic Technics and Happy Floors,” said Kory Bowling, president of Ceramic Technics.

Happy Floors
Jason Neu

Jason Neu was named senior director of product. “Jason has a successful track record of bringing products to the market quickly, and we are excited to add a growth leader and product sourcing expert to our team,” said Peter Pasterski, executive vice president of Happy Floors. His previous leadership positions include president of DICHI Group and senior vice president of Global Sourcing with Triton Holdings.

Happy Floors
Kim Apostolos

Rounding out this team of new management hires is veteran floor covering executive, Kim Apostolos, who was named director of LVT. Her previous leadership positions include vice president of commercial sales at DuChateau and director of LVT sales at Mannington Mills. “We couldn’t be more pleased to add Kim to our team,” said Kory Bowling, president of Ceramic Technics. “Thanks to her extensive knowledge of rigid flooring, we know she will lead us in the right direction by bringing relevant, exciting, and innovative products to our customers.”

According to the company, these hires will ensure that Paramount Global Surfaces continues to provide synergy and increased efficiency to Ceramic Technics’ and Happy Floors’ partnership as sister companies.
