Dover Rug & Home to move to a new location

HomeNewsDover Rug & Home to move to a new location

Dover Rug & Home, offering the largest selection of fine floor coverings and window treatments in New England, will be moving to a new location at 721 Worcester Street in Natick in early fall, 2011.  Taking over the former site of Fairway Bowling, this elaborate new facility will be more than double the size of the existing showroom.

Enlisting the expertise of Susan Bradford, a leading designer of showrooms in the country and the principal designer of Bradford Design, Dover Rug & Home’s new and improved showroom will be easier to navigate and provide homeowners and the design professional with a more enjoyable home shopping experience.

Rugs and accessories will be segmented by specific category, price and style. Additionally, “design stations” with state-of-the-art technology gives customers the chance to be creative and customize rugs and carpets – all at affordable prices. The new location will also include an exclusive “design center” specifically for interior designers and architects. Here professional designers have the opportunity to present clients with options for flooring, fabrics, window treatments and upholstery with an extension of the “model home” to help customers envision how their choices will actually look in place. An on-premise warehouse of carpets will guarantee installation within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

To round out the “Dover” experience, Dover Rug & Home will also be launching a squash-fitness club as part of their new location. As long-time supporter of international Squash, this professional regulation facility will be an additional 4,200 square feet adjacent to the new building to help inspire a healthy lifestyle.
