HomeNewsWONZ launches new app for Apple products

Marietta, Ga.—Wools of New Zealand is offering a free application for the iPad and iPhone to spread the word about the health, sustainability, beauty and comfort benefits of wool. The new app is loaded with comprehensive information on wool, to make it a valuable, convenient and easy-to-use selling platform. Retail sales associates can use it as a training tool and as a sales aid that helps answer consumers’ questions about wool. Since the iApp is also available to consumers, it acts as a take home brochure, giving potential buyers instant access to the qualities that make wool a premier fiber.

“Wools of New Zealand is continually introducing new ways to spread the word about wool’s many benefits,” said Hallie Cobb, marketing and training director. “In addition to our Wool College, audio postcards, and Wool Benefit System, our new iApp gives salespersons and consumers instant access to the value wool adds to a floorcovering purchase.”

The Wools of New Zealand iApp is now available from Apple iTunes. Simply type in “Wools of New Zealand” and download the free app to your iPhone or iPad.
