MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.—Zepol Corporation announced a major milestone, the release of their newest product, ComplianceMonitor. This product allows users to closely monitor essential U.S. import trade compliance information in order to save time and money, and lower penalty risk. ComplianceMonitor tracks six U.S. government compliance sources:

  • U.S. Census Bureau import trade statistics
  • U.S. Customs and Border Protection rulings
  • Antidumping (ADD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations
  • ADD and CVD cases from the International Trade Administration (ITA)
  • Tariff rate quota statuses from CBP
  • Harmonized Tariff Schedule and tariff data from the International Trade Administration (ITA)

“The Zepol team has worked vigorously for over 12 months developing and implementing this product, ensuring it will be an essential tool for trade professionals,” stated Paul Rasmussen, CEO and president of Zepol Corporation. “With the upcoming 2012 changes in HS codes and the increasing penalties facing companies, Zepol believes this tool will be highly utilized.”

ComplianceMonitor, created to compliment TradeIQ and TradeView, gives subscribers quick and easy access to ‘Historical Reports’ for U.S. compliance data and ‘Update Reports’ each time new information is released. Users will stay up-to-date on U.S. duty and tariff rates, U.S. Customs rulings, antidumping and countervailing actions, quotas, and more.
