president of sales and marketing. “With the economy on an upturn and with someone of Scott’s caliber driving sales, we look forward to seeing considerable growth in our industry market share across the Midwest.”

In his new position, Fesus works with four major distributors that sell to several hundred retailers across the region.

“Mullican is an excellent company with a strong, team-oriented environment,” Fesus said. “Everybody pitches in and does what needs to be done. By working hard and building relationships, I aim to achieve double-digit growth in Mullican sales for this part of the country.”

A native of Woodridge, Ill., Fesus earned an associate of arts degree in business from the College of DuPage in Glenellyn, Ill., before beginning his career in 1992 with Industrial Staple Sales & Construction Supply, a major distributor of products used in industrial machines and equipment. During two different stints with the company, Fesus progressed from sales representative into management, ultimately serving as vice president of sales.

Most recently, Fesus worked for a global manufacturer of floors and ceilings, serving as national sales manager for the company’s manufactured housing and recreational vehicles segment.
