Hammond, La.— RollMaster Software is rolling out an online reputation management product for flooring dealers. RM5Star makes it easy for flooring businesses to gain positive online reviews, increase search engine visibility, and improve their online reputation and NPS (net promoter score). For existing RollMaster customers, RM5Star integrates with their core software system, but any flooring dealer can take advantage regardless of the business system they use.

“RM5Star offers a much-needed solution to help our dealers save time and money with a simple, robust and actionable marketing tool that allows for multiple ways to improve online presence and reputation,” said Kelly Oechslin, product marketing manager for RollMaster Software.

Flooring clients utilizing this application will have access to all of their review data from multiple review sites such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, Angie’s List, etc. There’s even a review widget for the dealer’s website, which combines both first party reviews rich in SEO benefits with third party reviews that greatly increase social trust for the business. Social sharing is another great feature that turns reviews into eye-catching social media graphics that stand out among the competition, and can be posted directly to Google and Facebook.

Oechslin added, “Many of our dealers don’t have the time or attention to focus on this important aspect of their business. We’ve packaged this product to make it as user-friendly as possible while also making sure it’s extremely effective at delivering results. You no longer need to rely on your salespeople to intermittently ask customers for a review. This product automatically reaches out to every customer via email and text and guarantees your review numbers increase.”
